Chef Jae Doan was born in Vietnam, moving to Las Vegas in 2002. With an extensive culinary background from some of the best world renowned restaurants she paved her way into becoming one of the first female Sushi Chefs on the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Jae's dream to provide high quality Japanese ingredients inspired the creation of Doanburi, a high class online service where locals can enjoy premium treasure box sushi with loved ones in the comfort of their own home.

With 23 years in the food and hospitality industry, Katie Ray brings her wealth of experience to Doanburi Premium Sushi. From being a hostess, carry-out attendant, and fine dining server to bartender, sushi chef, and general manager - Katie's dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and top-notch cuisine sets Doanburi apart from the competition.
